A return or exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.

Final-sale items, swimwear, underwear, accessories, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will cover return shipping and offer either a full refund or a free replacement—your choice.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
